For which destinations do you operate tours?
Boutique Turkey Tours operate tours almost in all popular destinations of Turkey. Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus, Pamukkale, Troy, Gallipoli, Pergamon, Konya, Antalya, Black Sea Region, Gobelitepe, Eastern Turkey Region and please contact for the other destinations.
How to meet my tour guide to start tour?
Your tour guide will be waiting in your hotel or at the airport to meet you at a determined time.
Can I state the departure time for my tour?
Of course! We operate tours on private basis, so you can customize the departure time of your tour. Generally suggessted departure time for the tour is 09:00am.
Am I traveling with a group on the tour?
No, we provide private tours for your best experience so you will have a private professional tour guide in your preferred language.
How about shopping in tours?
We do not include any shopping stops unless you wish to visit one of the traditional workshops of handmade rugs, tiles, jewelry or leather. If you have any interest in workshops, please indicate while booking.
Is it possible to change the tour route?
Of course, as this is a private tour we can change the tour route and make a new program according to your wish.
Why hotels are not included?
As hotels offer good rates in online booking platforms we don’t include hotel booking service however we will suggest you the central locations in each destination to book your hotel, so you can make your hotel booking in accordance with your priorities.
How do I book this private tour?
Easy! All you need to do is;
Fill the ‘Booking’ form where you will put your full details such as personal information, tour date, hotel name. Once you complete your booking we will get back to you with a confirmation email within 24 hours.
How do I pay?
You can make the payment in cash directly to the tour guide during the tour or one of our staff can meet you during the tour to charge payment. However if you would like to pay in advance you can make the payment by Mail Order. You can choose to pay in Usd, Euro or Turkish Lira.
What are the language options?
We can operate your tour in English, Spanish and Italian upon request. Please contact us for other language options.
Can we add another site of visit to our program?
Please advise us in advance if you would like to add another site of visit to your tour itinerary, so we can revise it accordingly.

How to meet your staff at the airports?
Our representatives will be waiting you with the name signs at each airport to meet you for transfer.
What kind of vehicle is used for transportation?
Depending on your number vehicle choice is managed however our tours are generally operated with Mercedes Vito or Mercedes Sprinter for larger groups.
Hot Air Balloon Flight
How long is the Balloon Ride in Cappadocia?
Balloon flights generally take about 1 hour in the air. Including pick up and drop back to hotel, duration is approximately 2 hours.
What if the Balloon Ride is cancelled?
In case of poor weather conditions Balloon Ride will be cancelled and you will get full refund for the Balloon Ride.
Is it very cold in the air in the early morning?
It’s recommended to take your jacket with you as it’s generally cold in the early morning.
Which Balloon company do I fly with?
Due to the difficulty in finding availability for Balloon ride you need to book it as early as possible, once we check the availability of the Balloon flights we can inform you the company name.
Are Balloon Flights operated only in Cappadocia?
You can also join hot air Balloon Ride in Pamukkale as well, however as nature of Pamukkale is different from Cappadocia you won’t have such a perfect scene as you can see in Cappadocia.
